I would describe my work ethic as always treating practices like a meet. Pushing myself past my comfort zones and understanding that improvements happen when putting in the extra work. I set out my freshman season with goals of breaking a 16:30 5K and qualifying for the 2A state championship meet. I accomplished both my goal this past weekend at districts. After the state meet I will look back at my freshman year and set new goals for my sophomore year.
